1. When creating a single page manually , I don't see the option "single page" in the St, Event calendar menu.
Your instructions show that I should be able to see the following: Go to Dashboard -> Stachethemes Event Calendar -> Single Page. But, instead I only see the options shown in the attached file.

The Single Page menu is in General Settings at the bottom:
If there is mistake in documentation I will check it right away.
