Our Booking system is designed around selling tickets for the events. I'm not sure how this will work in your case, but you can create different events for each day and create a free tickets that your users can "purchase" in order to register for the event.

I am using the calendar to show when a representative (city) has time to talk to users.
Hence, the calendar shows a date with a title, and I want people to be able to click on it and book their appointments.
