1. I am using this plug to allow people to make appointments, but not selling tickets by themselves. Is there an option to set the tickets for free and to do not be redirected to a payment platform?

2. People booking their appointments should be able to select one time and then this time should disappear in the calendar, (as unavailable or non existing). this is to avoid double booking.
1. The Booking system is designed around selling tickets for the event. You can create free tickets, but you must go through payment in order to register with your name and information.
2. As I stated above the booking system is not designed to work for appointments and what you need can't be done right now.
