We have an event (Fall Revival at end of October) at the Church where we have services from Wednesday - Sunday. Here is the schedule:
Wednesday - Friday: 7 - 9
Saturday: 6 - 8
Sunday: 11 - 1, 6 - 8
It would be great if we could specify this type of schedule in the repeater. For now, I have to create separate events on Saturday, and two on Sunday to account for the different times.
The only issue I see with using the schedule feature is that the different times wouldn't appear within the calendar view. From what I can tell, the schedule feature is great for an all day event, but these are separate events that need to be displayed in the calendar view.
It appears that my only option is to recreate the event with the different time. Hopefully this will be added!
Sorry for the delayed response! I have tried this, but unfortunately it doesn't do what I need to do. What I'm looking for is for the changes to show on the monthly calendar view itself, rather than someone having to dig into the calendar event and look at the schedule.
Scenario: A daily recurrence, Monday - Friday. Initial time 6 - 8 PM is selected for all recurrences (As it is now). What I would like to see an option to change the times of specific recurrences as needed (For example, set Friday to 5 - 7 PM).
Hopefully that makes sense! Let me know if I need to clarify.

Hello Jacob,
At this moment you can't divide one event to appear in different hours or you may be can duplicate the same event and just change the hours.
Can't you use the Schedule feature to show the different times on the event?

So basically you want to pick random dates not based on any model that is supported from iCalendar RRULE String explained here: https://stachethemes.ticksy.com/article/13417/ ?

Hi Valentin!
No, the date recurrences work really well as is. I just need to be able to specify different times for the date recurrences. Does that make sense?
Jake
You want the same event to be shown in different times for each recurrence?

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
I'll see if we can add something like this in future update but we have to address higher priority issues at the moment.
