You have some serious css conflicts with your theme styles overwriting the plugin css. I will assign your ticket to the developer and will see what can be done.
I was told my plugin is activated on a site but I deactivated it there. Is it possible to reset it please even if it shows active on your end? Please I need your help to reset it.

2) The social icons are not like the demo. How can I make it like the demo?

Thank you for your reply. I figured that its my child theme that's affecting it. I don't mind disabling but I have another question if I do.
If I add this to my main functions.php, will this get removed every time I update my theme?:

Yes, any custom code added to your main theme functions.php file is overwritten on update.
But you can remove this code even now because it has to be executed only once to take effect.
