Hi there, I recently bought your callendar and it looks great except for one thing. I couldnt find at documentation how to translate the calendar. The original language is english and mine is portuese-br… how can I translate it?
I see there is a pt-br.po and pt-br.mo files inside languages folder… shouldnt it be reading those automatically instead of regular english one? I mean, my wordpress is set to pt-br
In folder plugins\stachethemes_event_calendar\languages\ make sure the file stec-pt_BR.po for example matches your wordpress locale (pt_BR Portuguese - BRAZIL).

Hi,
Yes, it should be reading it automatically although some strings may be missing.
You can try some free plugin like Loco Translate to translate the plugin.
If you still can't translate it I'll need FTP and Wp-admin credentials to check what's going on. Make sure your ticket is set to private.

Hi,
Your locale is set to pt_PT but the plugin has pt_BR locale and that's why it's not being read.

hi Zhivko,
I have the same problem too. I translated the file with poedit and uploaded via FTP. I deleted the languages I didn't need. But we do not see change.
What do you mean by "Your locale is set to pt_PT but the plugin has local pt_BR and that's why it's not being read." ?
Where do I have to act to change?
thanks
F
