1. The event details page right now can not be customized without editing the code. We are working on builder similar to Elementor that will allow you to do so, but it's still under development and can't give you any ETA.
2. The booking feature is powered by Woo Commerce so in order to use it and create tickets you have to install Woo Commerce.
