I have find the conflict in my Wordpress Theme...
The problem is due to file hwp-content/themes/CherryFramework/js/jquery.mobile.customized.min.js, which seems to include its own version of jQuery UI Widget. Could you delete it and then check whether or not you still get the error without it?
As a developer, I do not understand why Cherry Framework includes its own version of jQuery instead of using the one provided by WP. My opinion is that not using the default libraries is a bad practice in a "pluggable environment" such as WordPress. The fact that it uses a library that has not been upgraded for years makes this practice even worst as it can entail some security issues.
What was the javascript error in your browser console?
jQuery Mobile as far as I am aware is a dead project and I'd recommend you to find alternative for it.
With the coming changes to Envato theme and plugin requirements it will not be allowed to include own versions of jQuery/jQuery-UI. Instead authors must use the native Wordpress' version in order to prevent such problems.
I'm not familiar with CherryFramework. You should ask the authors why they use custom jQuery libraries.
