I have used this shortcode here: [stachethemes_ec_create_form]
When using the shortcode, the "Click to submit your own event" button shows up, but you still have to actually click that button before the form will show up. It is not already showing like it is in the example.
I was wondering how you are able to display the event submission form seen here: http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/stachethemes-event-calendar-wordpress-events-calendar-plugin/full_screen_preview/16168229

Hello Justin,
I'm sorry for the delay!
The shortcode used there is [stachethemes_ec_create_form cal=25] where the cal is the id of the calendar allowed to add events to.
The form in the upcoming update will be improved a lot with option for your to create your own forms with the new visual builder we are creating.

I’ve just updated and using the short code no longer pulls the form. Page loads and display the short code as if it were a post...
Short code used is below
[stachethemes_ec_create_form cal=67]
http://www.g00ey.com/pnwvw/create-an-event/
This shortcode is gone since 2.5.
Use this one instead:
