I'm looking at the Mailpoet demo at the moment and I see there's option to insert Posts in the newsletter. The calendar events are custom post types. Do you see them in the mailpoet post selection list?
Guests, organizers, locations etc... will be stored in database in future update. It's something we want to do from some time now.

Place the attached file in:
Version 2.4.8 or older:
in folder stachethemes_event_calendar\admin\class\
Version 2.5 or newer:
in folder: stachethemes_event_calendar\assets\php\
Next orders should now have event title and event permalink in the order info.
