    My client is saying when they test their event submission form the submission isn't coming in to be approved on the backend. Only a couple are coming through. Why would this be?

    I will need wp admin access to check what is going on. You can post here privately.

    Good morning,

    The plugin was updated normally, don't really know what caused the problem you have experienced. The plugin now is up to date.

    I see you are using the form shortcode for submitting events. This shortcode was changed with version 2.5 to fit the new content builder. The new shortcode is [stec_builder project_type=event_submission_form].

    Now you can build your own form and add or remove sections. You can see demonstration here:

    When you create your own form go to the plugin General and change it from here:

    Let me know if the problem with the submitted events persist after this update.

    Revisiting this. It works if I'm logged in and doesn't work if I'm in an incognito window. We're also not populating any images in our media library when you click on add image. Please see attachments for more details.

    This is a bit time sensitive to my client, can I get an update?

    Hi,

    I've just tested the submit form in incognito mode and the events were submitted.

    Could you provide me with steps to reproduce the problem?

    Are you using any plugin that interacts with the wordpress' media?

    I simply filled out the form to completion... Here is the link to the video of me having trouble submitting the form. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUK_X0WcnZY&feature=youtu.be .

    The plugins I have that would interfere with our Media Library off the top of my plugins would be "Replace Image", which I've already deactivated with no change, and Smush, which I don't think would cause something like this. Have you seen this issue before..?

    Looking for an update. Any progress?

    Hi,

    I can't replicate the problem. Just submitted two events (screenshots attached).

    When submitting the event open your browser console and go to the (1) Network tab -> (2) XHR.

    Select the (3) admin-ajax.php file and click (4) Response.

    Check "xhr response.jpg" I've attached.

    Send me the response text.

    I followed the steps from my youtube video and am not able to replicate the problem right now either (which is not to say there isn't still a problem). I will continue trying and send you that information. Has there been any update to why our images are not showing?

    Hello,

    Just tested as well and everything seems to work for me too. Attaching video. I think it may be browser cache that conflict with the latest version, try to clear it and see again.

    All update changes are listed in our quest log here: https://codecanyon.net/item/stachethemes-event-calendar-wordpress-events-calendar-plugin/16168229#item-description__changelog

    Have you followed the steps listed bellow from the developer? The information he need from there may help find the problem.

    Thank you for testing this as well.

     I have to wonder if you even read my message below based on your response however.  "I followed the steps from my youtube video and am /not/ able to replicate the problem right now either (which is not to say there isn't still a problem). I will continue trying and send you that information. Has there been any update to why our images are not showing? " I don't think following Zhivko's instructions while the plugin is working would be of much help, but I will keep trying to replicate the error my users and I were experiencing.. and then I will give that information.

    From my previous message..  Has there been any update to why our images are not showing up when you click attach image?

    Good Morning,

    The only thing changed to the form is that you now can add images to event from the WordPress media library.

    Yeah... It's still not working... Please review my previous notes or conversations before replying so you have an idea of what's going on with this ticket, I've referenced this problem several times. I'm attaching a screenshot of what it looks like when you click the "add images" button, which you guys didn't do in your video recording testing the form.

    The problem with the media is coming from the Hummingbird plugin.

    Thanks for doing some testing Zhivko, I see it was deactivated and I can see that the Add Images is working now, but there is still some weirdness with things cutting off and not working properly (image attached).

    The theme is messing up some of the wp media style.

    I've added some additional css to St. Event Calenda r-> Fonts & Colors -> Custom style tab:

    .media-modal .screen-reader-text { display: none; }
    .media-button {text-shadow: none !important;}
