Our client has an intranet-based wordpress website that is currently live. While they were looking their calendar page, they got a message that the Stachethemes calendar license was not active (see attached - note this is a difference license).
We previously activated the plugin on our demo/dev site and disabled it (left the plugin 'inactive') however the client is still getting this error. Do we need to completely delete the plugin from our dev site? Is there something else happening that is prohibiting our client from activating the plugin per their intranet status? Please let me know if you're able to point me in the right direction to fix it? Thank you!!
