We have been using the events plugin for several month by importing events from Google Calendar, then updating them in WordPress. We have had the "overwrite" option unchecked on all of our cron jobs. If we want to make a change to the time in Google Calendar, but don't want to overwrite the new event description, could we simply recreate the cron jobs with "overwrite" checked? Or would that overwrite the updates we have made to the event in WordPress?

If you check "overwrite" all event data you've added will be erased and replaced with the default event from google calendar.
