    Hi, 

    Is it possible to add an option to always display the search/menu bar? Currently we click the filter icon but as we add filtering options like locations, organizer, etc it will be easy for the user to know that they can filter... currently it isnt intutive....

    At the moment the design is made in such a way that if the filter and search dropdown menus are visible at all times they will obstruct other elements like the calendar slider in the agenda view.

    As an alternative you could replace the fa icons with text via custom css. Example:

    .stec-top-menu-search i,
    .stec-top-menu-filter i {
        font-family: Arial;
        font-weight: normal;
        font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    .stec-top-menu-filter i::before {
        content: 'Filters';
    }
.stec-top-menu-search i::before {
        content: 'Search';
    }

    I am working with a client who requires the filter bar to be permanently displayed with the calendar (not as a drop down or something that requires an action by the viewer). See example attached below.

    Is this currently possible?  If not, how can I fix this issue asap for the client?

    You can't do that because it's not designed to do that. I guess it is possible, but the whole section should be re-designed to fit your requirements and we don't do such customizations. You can hire a developer from Envato Studio or check these guys https://wpkraken.io/
