1.The calendar gets a view only from the main settings in the admin panel. The calendar does not respond to fast code and changing the view in this way is impossible
2. Why in builder I can't change "Custom events view design", "Event single page" and "Event newsletter mail design" ?
About the builder, as we stated in the item description this project is too big and time consuming to be released at once so we decided to release it on steps. Right now only the first step is live that's live the last 3 are disabled.
Now I'm checking shortcode you are using in the test calendar page: [stachethemes_ec views="agenda" cal="494" view="week"] and the mistake is that the WEEK is missing in the VIEWS section. You have only agenda there. It should be views="agenda, week".
Basically VIEW is the active layout. VIEWS are the other available options you want to be displayed. But the Active view should be listed in there.
So the shortcode should look like this: [stachethemes_ec views="agenda,week" cal="494" view="week"]
