The builder as we stated in the description will be released in steps because it is too big of a project. Only the first step is currently live and that why the rest three are not active.
About the description issue with the list, I think it is possible the theme css to overwrite and hide list attributes in your situation the numbers of the list.
Is it possible to give me link to the site to see if this is the case?
What I'm saying is the it's possible your theme css to overwrite and hide the list attributes for example list-style-type: none , this will hide any attribute like dots or numbers in the lists like it happened. These css conflicts usually can be fixed.
I'm going to send your website url to the developer and will see what can be done. Will let you know if he need anything else.
The Event image width is fixed, the height is all up to you. You can edit the image in the plugin you have to prepare your images before upload.
St.Event Calender > Builder > Select Your project type
Three project type options are not activated are "Event single page" , "Custom events view design","Events newsletter mail design".
My problem is i am not able edit event introduction.

1.So you are telling me to try to add custom css on the listed items.
