Ive run the update, and WP went into a "site unavailable" status. Corrected this and ran the update for calendar. Prompted to run the migrate, and reloaded the site. I continuously get directed to the migrate link now.. It appears that it updates / migrates but nothing.... Stachethemes menu is now only 4 items too.. General, Migrate, Activate, and updates (This may be normal with the update but....)

I'm having the same issue!
We'll hot fix the problem today. The migration is working but there's missing one update that checks the database version.
You can fix it by yourself by opening your theme functions.php file and at the bottom add:
update_option('stec_db_ver','2.6.1',false);Once the calendar menus re-appear you can delete this line.
