We are aware of this bug. The color picker javascript library is generating random id for each color option but it seems sometimes there's collision between ids and some options get same id number.
I make quantity selector like a temporary solution for my site. I attach code of two files shop.php and shop.js. if u make it in next update, it will be cool.
look at screen. If i change 1 then 2 is changed. :) and 1 is not changed
