Hi, if you go to 23/11 event for end of year party

    https://www.rutherglenltc.com/diary/end-of-season-awards-party/

There has been 4 adult tickets sold and 2 junior tickets sold from 2 separate orders. Although if I open event and buy new tickets, the number remaining is incorrect - it is showing 48 adult tickets, when it should be 46. Is showing 25 junior tickets when it should be 23.

    Hi,

Are the orders set as completed in WooCommerce? Is this event a repeated event?

Doing it again. Number of tickets online showing as 42 Adult available and 20 Junior - where as real ticket sales numbers 15 junior and 19 adult - so should show as 31 available and 10 junior not 42 / 20.

I'm debugging the issue at the moment.

I'm starting to think it might be a bug in WooCommerce itself since this counter comes directly from WooCommerce.

I'll let you know when I find where's the problem.

I think it could well be WooCommerce - it would depend on their classification of an order.

The view you have Wp-Admin/St Event Calendar/Tickets on number of tickets sold is always accurate.

I guess it might depend on how WooCommerce counts 1 order with 2 junior tickets and 3 adults tickets ? Does it count that as 1 order, which technically speaking it is, or as ticket types sold.

I can't reproduce this problem on my localhost so I'm testing on your server.

When I'm purchasing tickets from your site the tickets qty does not change at all.

I've purchased all 42 tickets left and it was displaying still 42 left.

Still looking why this is happening...

    I've found the problem.

Under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, Manage Stock was disabled and that's why WooCommerce decided not to count the stock quantity.
