I have a (remote) person reporting a "Something went wrong" error (image attached) when trying to submit a new event. He reports no other helpful information is displayed, and I'm unable to replicate the issue.
However, the error doesn't occur if he uses Incognito Mode (he's using Chrome / Windows). So, I'm assuming it's one of his browser add-ons.
Are there any add-ons that are known to cause issues and/or is there a way to effectively troubleshoot the cause of the issue (error log, console messages, etc.).

I'm not aware of any browser addons incompatibilities.
Have you tried to submit event when you're logged in as this person?
The real error message could be visible in the Chrome browser Console -> Network -> XHR -> admin-ajax.php -> Response (screeshot attached)
