By default these elements are not added to the form.
To add them go to Dashboard -> St. Event Calendar -> Builder -> Open list and select the default form.
From the toolbar drag & drop the Attendance element and click "Save Form".
Note: You can't modify the default form. Upon saving the builder will create a duplicate.
To use the duplicated form go to General settings -> Event Submission tab and from "Default form" selector select the second "Default" form from the list. The form name can be renamed from the builder.

In the submission form - on the frontend - I am unable to configure the attendance options. Is there a way to get these option on the frontend aswell?
