Hello Team of the best Events-Calendar we've used so far and hello community,
This is the pr-team of the students-union in Landau, Germany. We have a question that we unfortunately could not figure out to answer ourselves.
Is it possible for "sub-admin"-users (including authors / editors / ...) to intercalate an event? It seems like it's not possible, but it would be a great feature for our teamwork. Our Team consists of 18 people who each want to add Events to the Calendar, so that hey are visible for all of the 10k students at our university:
www.asta-landau.de, scroll down the frontpage to find the public calendar.
Maybe you also have an idea for a detailed "workaround?"

Hi,
Check Dashboard -> St. Event Calendar -> Calendars -> Add / Edit Calendar admin page.
Front-End Visibility setting -> Who can see the calendar events on the front-end.
Back-End Visibility setting -> Who can see and edit the calendar events in the admin (as well as front-end edit event)
Who can add events from the front-end is self explanatory.
I'm attaching screenshot of the page.
