If you don't have it installed then I'd suggest you to create calendar for each language and then I'll provide you a code that will automatically switch to the appropriate calendar depending on the current site language.

But we do not see translations.

Go to your WPML settings and make the custom post type "stec_event" translatable.
Then each time you duplicate and event you will be prompted to select the new language.
