    HI,

    I would like to list upcoming events (just title, date, time and image if available) in a widget in my home page for quick view by users. What short code should I use for this?

    Please see the screenshots below. The rendered event is sitting on top of the widget below it. is there a way to contain the events with in the widget boundaries? Any reason why you are not providing a nice widget for showing a list of events in the side bar? 

    Another question: In my buddyboss theme (a fork of buddy press), in the activity feed, events are shown as stec_event as shown in the screen shot below. Is there a way to make it appear as just event?

    I don't seem to see attached screenshot.

    There's no particular reason for not having sidebar widget. It was not on high priority and there are other things we'd like to improve in the plugin. We'll add one after the Elementor update.

    If you're familiar with html and css I could provide you with custom shortcode that will pull upcoming events data. You will just have to style it.
