    Hi,

    1) Go to Dashboard -> St. Event Calendar -> Import Events.

In the Import CSV Events section click on the blue button "CSV Settings".

At the bottom of the settings there's "CSV Datetime format" option.

Make sure it matches the date time format of your csv dates.

In your case it should be "Y-m-d".

    2) Make sure your CSV file is saved in UTF-8 encoding.

I did both (changed CSV setting, saved in UTF-8 encoding) and am still seeing "0 events imported."

    Sure, it's attached here.

The start and end dates were  changes to m/d/Y.

Go to Import Events -> CSV Settings and set CSV Datetime format to m/d/Y

Try to import the file in the zip I've attached.

    That worked, thank you!

One more question -- is there any way to include Tickets in the import CSV, or does that have to be added manually after the event is imported?

    Zhivko replied

Tickets info is "export only" at the moment. There's a plan to include import options for tickets and the other event meta data.

I'm again having trouble importing events. I tried it with removing dates and adding a UID and I'm still not able to import. I've attached the csv I'm using.

    Hi,

This CSV doesn't seem to include start and end dates values. These fields are required.
