My protocol for creating the site is to test the speed after any plugin implementation, and when I add your plugin the speed is dropping by about 25%. We currently have the development on hold and our client is anxious to launch the new functionality. Please let me know when to expect some solution.
My client is pushing me for a solution and I don't know what to say to him. He is questioning whether to cancel the purchase. I need your answer as soon as possible!
I understand that you can't work on "page speed tests", but the point is, what I expected from your support team was a direction on how to improve your "page speed" itself.
It doesn't seem reasonable that just by activating your plugin (not even adding your modules to the page) my loading time has doubled.
This would mean that the simple fact that the plugin is active is as heavy as any other code, WP theme and images combined.

Hi,
What tool are you using for measuring speed?
Do you have report on what is hindering the performance?

We use two tools: GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights. Both have a significant drop in site speed after we enable the plugin.
I am leaving the images of both tests attached to this message and also the link to both tests.

I don't think there can be done anything at the moment. These page speed tests will never be happy unless we cut half of the calendar code.

There must be something wrong with that.
I'm working on some optimizations at the moment and can send you the update tomorrow to give it a try but note it's not finished yet.
