Wanted to let you know that the Builder is not working with Elementor Pro 3 (beta). When it opens in elementor, it is blank. Have you tested it with the beta?
It's been working since I copied your elementor form from your demo website so I have it working for my purposes. But i'm wondering how this will work for others? Since you don't have any Elementor widgets to build your form, You might want to consider adding a duplicate template feature so people have a starting point to create a new form. If I click new form I get a blank Elementor page. It would be difficult to know how to map fields if you didn't have a starting point.
At the moment it seems Settings tabs are not registered properly and since I didn't find any deprecation notices about Controls_Manager::TAB_SETTINGS I think it may be a bug they will fix soon.
Anyway, I've resolved the problem on our end just in case and the fix will be included in the next update v3.1.2.
I'll see if we can include some sort of examples for the single page and the submission form that users will be able to edit without having to start from scratch.

I'll take a look at elementor v3 and if there's anything that needs changing we'll do it since we plan to stick with elementor in the future.

Indeed there's a problem with Elementor v3.
