Make sure you've set your google maps api key in Dashboard -> STEC -> General Settings -> Google Maps API Key

Could you open your browser console and check for errors when clicking on Find route?
I suspect the google's Geocoder and Directions APIs are not enabled.
Check if you've enabled these two apis in your google cloud platform. Screenshot attached.
