I have posted a support ticket on the public forum twice and also emailed the Gmail address provided but have not heard back on a related issue.
We are trying to integrate the RSVP form into Mailchimp - or at least into a Contact Form 7 so we can sync it with a CRM - can you advise how we could do this please or if it is even possible?
I have checked theme documentation but nothing in it regarding this.

Sorry, this feature is not supported.
You could check the file stachethemes_event_calendar/assets/php/class.rsvp.php line 55:
public static function add(Event_Post $event, $date, Event_Meta_Attendee $attendee) { ... ... ... }if you need to process the data additionally.
