When creating location for your event you can choose between physical or virtual location.
Set the location as "virtual" and in the address field place the link to your zoom meeting.
However, by default the location is publicly visible.
What I could suggest you is to set a password for your meetings and this password can be sent to the customer along with the WooCommerce Order Completed email.
