Hello, I've decided that this calendar plugin is not going to work for my site. Can you please refund my subscription? It is just too limiting. I'm so sorry, but it just won't work. I'll be deactivating it from my WordPress site.
I look forward to your response.

Hello,
I just bought your calendar plugin today. I'm pretty handy with coding, if need be, but I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out some things. The documentation doesn't seem to be very complete and I've already spent hours trying to get things set up to fit my current child theme. Is there more documentation somewhere that explains, for example, how to use my BuddyBoss theme? The themes that I could import really don't work for me and I really want to use the fonts and colors from my existing child theme. It's important for branding.
I also pushed the event to the front-end for editing, but noticed that I can't add attendees from the front-end. This is a problem for me. Maybe I just don't know how to do things correctly.
Can I just build out a calendar or event in their own pages using Elementor and short codes? There doesn't seem to be a strong description on the short codes and how to control things. They are listed with one-liners describing them. Also, the Calendar and Event pages come up blank in Elementor. I don't know what short codes are being used.
Also the RSVP buttons and the Close button displayed after submitting the RSVP are pretty much invisible until you hover over them. That really won't work well for my customers. There doesn't seem to be any way to format them to at least use a gray or other color.
Also, a description of some of the fields would be helpful. For example, Auto-focus event offset (- / +) px. I just don't know what it means and what it relates to. Or, another is Messenger APP ID. Is this for Facebook Messager or ...?
Is there a way to know which Organizer is associated with which calendar and event (like a list)? I know that I set up an event as an Organizer, yet the Organizer page shows that I have 0 events. I guess that without documentation, I don't what's a problem and what isn't. I don't want to be writing up a lot of tickets just because I don't know what I'm doing. :-(
So, I'm hoping there is additional documentation that will walk me through the steps to create a nicer user experience with the calendar. If not, I may have to get a refund and try another calendar plugin because I need more control over the calendars and events.
