There is a way that wordpress / buddyboss users can create its own events without havint to hava a separate list of organizers? Its not very useful I I had to duplicate all my users in a organiozer list, I want that the community user can create its own events and this events keep associated with their profiles. Do you have that?

No, the separate organizers list is required.
However, I could provide you with a custom hook that will automatically add the event author as organizer.
