Mysteriously all our Organizers' names and details have disappeared. They are still listed with an #ID, and each has a number of events, but suddenly none has a name or any of their details. On the front end, they are all shown as 'null'.
Fortunately I had exported the events, so I have the CSV file of Organizers. I have tried to Import it, but it hasn't worked.
Could you tell me how to import the Organizers? (I have searched for the answer, but cannot find it.)

Unfortunately, the Organizers csv is one-way only meaning there's no import option in version 3.
Could you send me your Organizers csv file? I'll see if I can think of a way to import them back.
Meanwhile if you're just starting to add new Organizers add in your wp-config.php file add:
define('STEC_NO_ENCRYPT', true);This will ensure you won't lost them again.
