Hello I have bought and use your calendar. Is there some easy way to use it like a book a room for appointment? Now it´s too complex when you´ll try to add something to the calendar. Too much information to fill out. Can I hide 90% of the info? I just need to know if you want to book ROOM 1 or ROOM 2 and what date and time.
