We are having the same issue trying to add any icon. An example icon: <i class="fa-brands fa-black-tie"></i> which is a version 5 Font-Awesome icon.
A square appears instead in the icon list. We have tried many options with the same problem. Can you tell me how to delete the blank and square icons not added correctly and is now in the list?

hello I bought the plugin. When I try to load a Font-awesome icon, it doesn't work, I just get white boxes. Until 2/3 months ago it worked

I believe fa-brands prefix works for version 6+.
