The icons from uncode loaded from https://towncentervb.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/css/uncode-icons.css are overriding the font-awesome icons.
So fix the toilet paper icon go to Dashboard -> STEC -> Fonts & Colors -> Custom style tab and add following css:
.fas.fa-clock:before {content: "\f017" !important;
}
