How can we sync/export all events automatically (like a cronjob) to an .ICS file on the server which can be imported automatically in Google Calendar or iCal?

When I use this link to add the calendar in Google Calendar, it imports correctly all the events. But when I add a new event in the Stachethemes Calendar at the website, it won't update the Google Calendar. How can we arrange this?

From what I understand google syncs once every 24 hours.
