when you create an event, I enter the quantity, the tickets to be booked and the ticket I want.
Now we wanted to check if there might have been an overbooking or how many participants a ticket may have and how often tickets have already been sold for this event.
In the event itself, one does not seem to have this option?
Hi This is not good. If you have an event and have assigned one or more tickets to it, you should be able to view the ticket at any time and edit it if necessary.
Let's assume - we even have a case like this - that a tick has been assigned to two events. In this case, I can't see in the event exactly how many times the ticket was sold - I have to do it manually and look it up.
It would be really important here if we can get better information.
We have looked into this more closely with the overbookings. When a customer places an order, reserves two tickets, the order counts as one ticket.
Thus, not two seats are reduced, but only one, and thus there is an oversale. How can we solve this problem in the short term?
These are small events with only a few seats, some of which are in high demand.
I like that the ticket issue is in the works - but how long will an update take? We really need a solution here, because otherwise we can really get problems.
It is a farm that offers courses for children. It would lead to a lot of resentment and bad reviews if you can't map the whole thing correctly here.
We had another ticect system before where there was no calendar. Accordingly, we switched to this system because it appealed to us very much and we invested a lot of work to implement it. We have now mapped the bookings for this year using it and published them on December 30. Now there were already the first overbookings.

How and where can we view & control this?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
Go to Dashboard -> STEC -> Tickets -> Manage Tickets section below.
Hover over the ticket and click "View Orders".

I'm aware of that and I'll solve this in the next version of the calendar.

Why would the order count as one ticket? It doesn't work that way.
The number of tickets in the order is what matters.
