what happens when you cancel an order? Are these places released again? Or if a customer has bought 5 tickets and wants to return one, how do I do that and how does it behave with the plugin?
The plugin listens for changes in the wc order status. So it will make changes to the event (if necessary) only when the order status has been changed.
If the order is cancelled the slots will be released.
If you need to edit completed order I'd suggest you to first change the order status to something else e.g. "in progress" or "on hold" and then make the changes.
Hello, we would like to serve the Woocommerce with the German merchandise management JTL. This is in principle no problem. But if I have to complete the orders so that they redicate the ticket, the order is also considered completed in the merchandise management.
I find it also - regardless of the merchandise management - unfortunate. A ticket can be bought with prepayment as payment method. To avoid overselling, the status "In process" should already cause the tickets to be blocked. I think that this process would be cleaner than that the order must be completed.
I'm modifying the calendar at the moment so the orders that are currently being processed to be handled as if they are completed meaning the seats will be deducted from the event.
