Currently we have 5 statuses (planned, moved online, postponed, rescheduled and cancelled) I would like a 6th status (Complete) which would have the same function as canceled (it displays the name in the list and bars the name of the event)

I don't think placing custom status type there is good idea because it is not supported by schema.org

it's a shame because in the world of events, it very often happens that at some point the event is sold out.. :-(
It will have to be placed somewhere else. Perhaps as an extra option in the event settings.
Are you going to set up this status manually?
