Just touching base on form integration. I routinely use gravity forms addon to woocommerce which let's me attach custom fields to products. The form is already made but right now the seat planner plugin does not allow the addon to show requesting that additional information per seat.
You had mentioned this might be on your roadmap and I wanted to check on it since the client is asking. Currently I am having the customer redirected to the form page after purchasing their seats to input the requested information but they have to essentially select their seats again.
Not yet, I had to setup a redirect after they add that product to the cart and check out so in post they can input the needed information, but it does require them to redundantly input their seat information again.
I am currently working on this feature, and based on the tests I've done these days the easiest way would be to display the fields during seat selection before adding the seats to the cart.
That would be perfect, just adding the ability to add GF fields add-on either from woo or gravity wiz that ties to a given seat would be a huge help. Could there be a contextual button that says something like "Seat options" if they exist or just keep it where they are just added to the cart if no add-on fields are valid - to maintain your clean interface.

Version 1.0.34 of the plugin includes custom fields now.
