We have two questions about the calendars display. 

1. Is it possible to display event by order set instead of date order? 
2. Is it possible to show all events on the calendar for the month view? We don't want to have a limit and want to no longer have the "more". https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/58604483?key=aaa80b08c42c063431e7136da867f808

Ideally we would like to remove "more" permanently and rearrange events so it doesn't sort by time - it shows by priority. 

To note - our client does not want to use tabs and they do not want separate calendars.
